The kitchen has a pass through window into the hall that is perfect for service of food or drinks. The kitchen has two stainless steel prep tables, a large refrigeration unit, an ice machine, oven, stove, and microwave. Only warming or reheating of food is allowed.
There are various types of tables at our facility. Round and rectangular tables, use only one or both types as there are enough of each type to fill the arrangement needed. Table selection is your choice. Beautiful banquet chairs with 2 1/2 inch cushion seats are very comfortable.
Set-up time of two hours prior is included for the rental. Additional time can be purchased if needed. It is best is to come in and see the hall and then decide what is needed.
Catering and entertainment are up to you, we do not lock you in with using any caterer or entertainment service. Home cooked foods or hors d'oeuvres are commonly brought into the hall.
A stage for a head table, a D.J., or a speaker for your event is available. Garden lighting, adjustable lighting features, and a disco ball for your preference to set the mood for the event.
Alcohol may be served inside the building, however the sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. The post has no bar. Guests may also bring in their own selection of alcoholic beverages. A designated table may be set-up for a this service or a self serve bar.
Wi-Fi is available in the hall. Wireless internet is password protected and will only be given to the host of the event. Great for web browsing, high usage can limit bandwidth and bandwidth is also dependent on peak times.

Office hours from 11:00AM to 4:00PM every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The main hall will hold 175 people. There is a smaller room, which can be closed off, that large weddings rent as a food room. You will have plenty of room in the main room to set up food tables, gift tables, guest tables or any arrangement you need. The center of the room has a beautiful wood parquet dance floor.
